The updates for Maserati’s 2022 Sedan and SUV models includes three new trim options. The Ghibli, Quattroporte, and Levante will add GT, Modena, and Trofeo trims. The updates focus on innovation, performance and design functionality.
The GT trim level is the base option on all models. On the Ghibli and Quattroporte, the GT trim gets 19-inch wheels, and the Levante comes with 20-inch wheels. On the interior, the Ghibli features a “Dark Mirror” trim, the Quattroporte gets “Radica” wood, and the Levante has a piano black design. All three Maserati models with the GT trim sport a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 345 horsepower.
The first order of business, regarding the Modena trim, is Maserati tuned that same engine from the GT trim up to 424 horsepower. The Levante SUV has an optional upgrade to a Modena S trim level, giving it a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine with 550 horsepower. The Levante and Quattroporte interiors have piano black trim. On the exterior, Modena models have trim-specific bumpers with piano black inserts, plus 20-inch wheels. Again, the Ghibli gets the “Dark Mirror” application.
The Trofeo is the top of the line trim option featuring some carbon-fiber exterior parts and red brake calipers. All three feature the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine with 580 horsepower, sport seats and full-grain “Pieno Fiore” natural leather upholstery. The Levante Trofeo sports 22-inch wheels, and both the Ghibli and Quattroporte are fitted with 21-inch wheels.
All of the Maserati options, Ghibli, Quattroporte, and Levante feature the brands updated badging, plus the recently debuted new emblem.
